We went to the Butterfly House on Saturday and had lunch at Culver's with some free ice cream coupons. The Morpho (blue) butterflies were out and everywhere. There must have been thousands and thousands of butterflies there. It was humid, so Seth conked out immediately. Andrew loved it and enjoyed looking at the bugs afterwards, too. He even looked at all the cockroaches (yuck!)
Seth LOVED ice cream as did everyone else. We need to the science museum which was unbelievable packed. I was getting claustrophobia - but Andrew found a little corner to his own and played happily for at least half an hour. He always loves the transportation exhibits and he had fun putting together a dinosaur. Seth gets a little scared of those big dinosaurs, so we have to be careful about that. Katsu and I went out for a date that evening (pizza at Il Vicino - close by, but we drove because it was raining with some dessert from the grocery store).
Sunday, we hung out and attempted to take a short walk, but mostly hung around the house and went to church.
Monday, we all went (Katsu excluded) to the zoo. The boys loved it of course. We walked over to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and it was delicious!!!
Tuesday, we went to the History museum, not a lot to do, as I expected. We stopped at the park, too. Then we went home and hung out till the family drove home.
