I am trying to catch up on some posts before we leave to Europe on Friday. I always wonder why we do these international trips with the kids when it comes time to get ready and pack, but I'm sure we'll have fun. And I seriously doubt we'll get back to Europe anytime in the near (or not-so-near) future ... unless of course, we do.
For St. Patrick's day. We did the dye everything green that evening for dinner. Waffles and scrambled eggs - it was one of those days.
We did the Irish thing that Sunday (and then again later) with corned beef, cabbage, and irish soda bread.
